This is an untouched, direct-from-consumer, non-working, damaged computer. We're not able to fix these so we haven't attempted any repairs on it or cleaned it in any way. It has a cracked screen but for some reason we're unable to finish running Recovery. It just has a flashing folder. It looks clean inside so I don't think it was spilled on. See internal picture for more details. The battery also is not working so maybe that's why it's not able to finish? I'm not sure. The keyboard feels good so I'm guessing it's probably fine. It's hard to know without testing it, but my guess is the keyboard will be good.

• We have verified with Apple that iCloud is OFF. The computer has been removed from its iCloud account and does not have an activation lock.
