Excellent Condition. Minor cosmetic damage on lid (lifted it from coffee side table holder and dinged the bluestone coffee table top - DOH). This is a very lightly used laptop purchased in December 2022 *and* I added 1 year of AppleCare+ to it (expires December 5, 2023). Just 19 battery cycles! I swapped this out for a 14" laptop since my traveling picked up again.

I do have some specific conditions for this auction due to the amount of outright fraud I've seen being on eBay for over a decade:

1.) I accept eBay payment only - and from confirmed accounts with confirmed ship-to addresses.

2.) This auction is for domestic US shipping only - that means no international buyers or shipping, sorry. NO REMAILING SERVICES - I web search every buyer's shipment address and if there's any thought it is a remailer/forwarding address, I will CANCEL the order. There's minimal legal protections for sellers to buyers outside the country and such, and I won't get into the game of marking things as "gifts" to escape the import taxes, etc.

3.) I take full pictures of the device prior to shipping, INCLUDING SERIAL NUMBERS. I maintain these for a period of time for our joint protection (if UPS loses it or such). It also does protect me as I once had someone try to return a different item to me than the one I sent. I'm not factory warranty replacement - just a person selling their gently, personally used electronics! I don't tolerate fraud, nor should you - as it costs us all money in the end!

4.) I will ship this via UPS Ground within the domestic US with tracking and insurance. USPS no longer allows the shipment of used electronic devices with lithium ion batteries via Priority Mail, hence sending it UPS Ground with insurance.
