This computer was purchased in May 2020 and is an upgraded, mid-range model of the MacBook Air. Both Ram and Storage were upgraded to 16GB and 512GB respectively. It runs perfectly well and it's in good condition. There are three relatively minor issues listed in the order of seriousness:

1. The computer fell from an airport seating bench at a security checkpoint. It fell about 18” to a marble floor, denting one corner. The damage was entirely superficial. Neither the screen nor the shell are damaged. Pictures have been provided showing the dents.
2. Touch ID does not work. It worked for a couple of months and then mysteriously stopped after a system update. (Apparently this is not unusual for Intel Macs with the T2 chip — according to Apple.) I tried everything that reliable sources on the web suggested, dozens of times, to no avail. I sent it to Apple and they sent it back saying they couldn't do anything to restore Touch ID. It may work for the new user now that the disk has been wiped clean, but I'm not at all confident this will be the case.
3. The Delete key has a little bit more resistance than the other keys. It always has functioned properly, but when I’m typing quickly I sometimes notice the additional resistance. It has been that way from the beginning.

The computer has been reset and wiped clean. It will arrive in its original packaging. with the 30W charger and USB-C cable. It will startup for the new owner in the most recent System software, MacOS Ventura 13.2.1.
