*READ* This laptop does not come with any accessories or power adapters. This macbook air runs and stutters heavily when attempting to use.  It is on the recovery menu but it cannot be navigated due to the issue.  It dies as soon as it is unplugged and shows the -2003F error.  The interior does not appear to be damaged.
