Assume, at the least, its iCloud locked and password locked. We cannot get beyond the file screen that is shown, so we cannot verify specs or any other details, so it is being sold "AS IS" for parts or repair only. It powers on and charges up, and appears to be functional. Cosmetically, it is in good shape with very minimal signs of wear and tear. The original charger is included.
