Upon purchasing any and all items from the City of West Kelowna they become the buyer's sole responsibility.

We offer NO REFUNDS, NO WARRANTY and NO SUPPORT.

All winners of auctions will be required to pick up their purchase in person at 2760 Cameron Road, West Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Pick up can only be accommodated during standard business hours.

Within 2 business days of completion of auction, you will be sent an email detailing the pickup process and available pick up times. To streamline the pick up process, you can make electronic payment through eBay before arrival. Only cash and debit will be accepted as payment at time of pick up.

We do not offer any shipping options and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be NO PICK UP OUTSIDE SCHEDULED TIMES.

When paying online through eBay, applicable Canadian taxes will be added.  If paying with cash or debit in person, applicable taxes will be added at time of payment.
