Items can only be shipped to the lower 48 United States. FedEx packages cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.

We do not ship outside of the United States, or to freight forwarding companies.

Warranty

For functionality, our item's comes with a 30 day warranty from the date of delivery. If the item marked "AS-IS, No Returns", there will be no warranty of any kind and no returns on the item. If a problem occurs, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist, we will issue an RMA form, and in some cases a prepaid label to have the item sent back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, the same model will be sent.

Most computer part items will come with "Security Seal Sticker" with labeled number, this is to prevent fraud. Please do not remove validated "Security Seal Sticker" or all kind of warranty will be VOID.

If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange.

If an item needs to be returned due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, images may need to be sent through the eBay member to member communication system.

Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.

The original unit must be sent back before a replacement can be sent.
