MacBook Pro 15" 2013 A1398 2.3 Ghz i7 Logic Board 8GB + NEW Battery + Top Case WORKS

This is a complete working parts bundle including the logic board for a 2.3 GHz I7 Macbook Pro with 8 gigs of ram - the late-2013 model with Intel Iris Pro graphics. This is everything you would need to replace a failed bottom case or to have spare parts for an existing system. Screen assembly, SSD and charger NOT included.

This also could run standalone as a “Slabtop“ or Mac Mini substitute by plugging it into any HDMI TV or monitor, or replacing a Mac with a failed battery. This battery charges and is a new-condition SMP replacement - currently listed as normal with 1 charge cycle. (You would need to supply an internal or external SSD however.)

The logic board has some dust and some sticker residue but boots fine and works without glitches. Liquid sensors appear normal.

The unit has been tested to power on and charge the battery. Sold as-is. LCD assembly, charger, and SSD are NOT included.

The logic board alone typically sells for $150 so this bundle will give you plenty of value! It’s faster than most Mac Minis and has a battery so it’s an excellent desktop computer replacement.

NOTE: if you are doing a repair for the first time, please recognize that you need some torx tools and some basic electronics expertise. I would highly recommend simply attaching your LCD to this bottom case assembly to avoid unnecessary disassembling and reassembling. Please follow instructions on iFixit.com or other reputable repair site. You are responsible for all parts after accepting shipment.

Parts have been tested for basic functionality. Serial numbers have been recorded and you are responsible for all parts once you have begun a repair. All parts are genuine Apple (except for the new third party battery)and are in used functional condition.
