Having trouble resetting it because my wifi is having a hard time connecting too it but it’s absolutely possible too be reseted and it is no mdm locked as seen in pictures you possibly can connect it too your router using a Ethernet cable or what not when I try too active it the Wi-Fi in the menu is greyed out. But it’s in like new condition once reseted you’ll have a brand new MacBook 2019 great deal in my opinion, great for students and etc I’ve also provided details in pictures above explaining what I mean by Wi-Fi greyed out
