The keyboard is Swedish and some keys are missing. You can use external keyboard or replace keyboard for approx 250$.

Everything else works well. I’ve replaced the internal mechanical hard drive with 2TB SSD so you have 500GB Nvme (fast SSD) and a 2TB regular SSD.
