These are units that are tested to be NOT working for one reason or another.  They are all complete visually but the trackpad may not work or there might not be a hard drive, or it might not display.  Units are not going to be tested completely and are just being sold AS-IS NOT WORKING with no returns.  They are anywhere from good cosmetic condition to poor.  Some are missing screws and have deep scratches/dents.  All are Mid 2012 units with the Core i5 CPU, 4GB DDR3, 500GB HDD (Where applicable).  They have no OS installed on them.  If you are interested and need a specific part (i.e. a screen) message us through eBay and I can choose one that matches what you are looking for.

Shipping Orders will be shipped usually the same day or next business day after payment is made via USPS, UPS or FedEx Depending on the weight or size of items. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. Use the Calculate button or shipping indicator tab for Shipping rates, the calculator shows rate for UPS or USPS but we reserve the right to ship using any service we prefer of equal or greater quality of the service selected at checkout. 

Terms: Return Policy: If a return is needed, the buyer must contact us by email within 30 days of the receipt of the item to obtain an RMA number or a refund will not be granted. Once an RMA number is received, we must receive the item within 7 days or the RMA will be cancelled permanently. Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. Once received, we have the option to either replace the returned item or provide a refund. If item is found to be in advertised condition, buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee or $5.00, whichever is greater. Shipping fees both ways will not be reimbursed. (with a minimum fee of $5 and maximum fee of $250) 

Payment: We accept Visa Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card through eBay. All Illinois residents will be charged 9.00% sales tax during the Checkout process. Payment must be received within 5 days of the close of auction.
