This device doesn't charge for some reason. This computer is super maintenance friendly. I have done a few upgrades and repair in the last few years. The palmrest is cracked, the computer has a lot of scratches and signs of wear, but this is what its designed for. Don't let those marks fool you. 

Things that I've done to this machine : 

- Nicer IPS screen,

- 16 GB RAM DDR3,

- Repasted CPU,

- Integrated M.2 SSD 128GB,

- Changed keyboard and battery in the past year.

I also include 3 power bricks, a dock and a HDMI adapter.

Hope this goes to somebody that will love this laptop as much as I did.
