Apple MacBook Air 13.3" No SSD, Intel Core i7 1.7 GHz.
The key-board was used for a few months after it was replaced (was installed professionally by an Apple refurbishing shop.)
The McBook Air was in working condition when in the process of installing a new Battery I accidentally un-soldered the socket for the Battery to the mother board (see picture).
The Battery has a few cycles and its brand name is: AWEAL (see picture).
However the IOS does not accept as a normal battery regardless the fact that it works! It has only 8 cycles. See in red my experience with it.
I bought a more expensive battery to avoid this mistake. Then when I tried to install it I unsoldered the socket.
No Guarantee: However, if the soldering is done correctly, I expect the computer to work. I tested by pushing manually the socket and the computer worked. I have a video of the test.
Again No Guarantee. Purchase this computer as parts!!
This MacBook was upgraded to the BIG SUR System (see pictures) and as far as I understand, this the top Operating System where this computer can go.
This computer is good buy for a refurbisher who can have the above referenced battery socket micro-soldered to the mother board.
This is final sale and no returns are accepted.
