It is in good cosmetic condition and perfect working condition.  I'm selling due to a change in my work, which means a machine this powerful is not needed.  I'm downsizing to a more portable machine and selling this one.  The speakers sound better than any laptop I've ever used!

Battery health shows 98% capacity.

No observed dead pixels, and the keyboard works perfectly.

I purchased AppleCare+ with this computer, at a cost of $399, and there are exactly two years of coverage from February 16 remaining. I've never made any claims under the policy. According to Apple, and confirmed by a 2/16/23 phone conversation with Apple Support, the AppleCare+ coverage is transferable a single time to a new purchaser.  I will make all reasonably necessary efforts to accomplish transfer of the remaining warranty to the purchaser as described here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202712 (Please keep in mind this requires your cooperation as well, and I will not be held responsible if you fail to cooperate or provide the necessary information to accomplish the transfer.)

There are two minor scuffs that look much worse in photos than they do in person (and aren't visible during use). They do not affect operation.  I've included photos for full transparency, and keep in mind they are zoomed way in to show detail.  You won't even see them when using the computer.  I can't see them as I type this on the machine now.

I will include the original box and accessories, specifically, the original power adapter and MagSafe 3 USB-C charging cable.

I paid $3098 before tax a year ago, including AppleCare+ coverage.  Apple sells this configuration for $2079 refurbished, without AppleCare+.

Please feel free to ask any questions.
