We are available to respond to eBay messages and offers Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm MST. We do our best to respond within 30 minutes during this time period. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions, concerns, or with any additional requests prior to purchase/shipping. We are happy to provide additional photographs, information, and conduct further testing as necessary!

We ship Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), and will ship all items sold before 9am MST on the same day that they are purchased. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of cleared payment, but larger orders may take up to 48 hours to leave our warehouse. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to purchase, as we cannot offer refunds on items which are marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.

We offer a free 30-day return policy on all New, Open-Box, or Used listings. The item must be returned in the precise condition in which it was received, and we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund if the item is received back in a different condition than when it was shipped. 

On all Parts-Only or Not Working listings we offer the same 30-day policy, but the buyer must pay return shipping. Often these are items which we do not have the ability to fully test and therefore sell them as-is. We encourage all buyers to reach out to us with any questions or concerns they may have regarding these items prior to purchase/shipping. 

If you are interested in exchanging your item for a replacement, please send us an eBay message prior to opening a return request. We are an electronics recycling company and often have replacement items available which we are happy to test in order to replace the item in an efficient manner.
