This item is in good condition you will find many scratches all around some stickers, glue or stickers marks but no Brocken or cracks parts it will come with 8gb of ram (NO HDD/SSD) this item powers on but no more test was done to it come with 2 batteries one internal and one external but I will not warranty they will hold any charge you might have to replace one or both please make sure you know what you are buying or make questions before purchasing this item

If you go to bios settings just press enter no password needed
