computers are fully tested and working, unless otherwise specified, and are
refurbished for sale by our highly skilled technicians to the same quality
standards as the units we sell in our Colorado Retail location. Older laptop computers may show wear, minor
scratches or small cracks to the case that are purely cosmetic and do not
affect the functionality of the laptop.
Grade “B” physical defects will be described in words and photos. Please make sure you know what you’re buying;
ask questions if you are unsure.

Shipping
- We
package your item for safe shipment, re-using packaging materials and
boxes where we can, as part of our environmentally friendly status as a
Green Recycler. Our packing “peanuts” are biodegradable
(they dissolve in water).
- Please
inspect the shipment carefully upon arrival; damage claims must be made
directly with the shipper.
- We
reserve the right to use the least expensive shipping method available,
between USPS, Fedex or UPS, based on your location.
