Local Pickup
We offer a local pickup option on most items. Please message us through eBay messaging to arrange to pick up your item so that we can make sure that someone will be available to help you.
All items must be picked up within two weeks of payment. If you are unable to, we reserve the right to cancel your order, refund your money and relist any items that have not been picked up.
Shipping & Handling
The per item shipping method is as stated in the Shipping & Payments section of the listing. The shipping method is unable to be changed after the purchase. If the listed shipping method is unavailable or inconvenient for you and you would like to change it, contact us through eBay messaging before you purchase the item. However, please note that the shipping amount may be subject to change.
We try to ship all items as soon as we can. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
Return Policy
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you have any problem with an item you purchased from us, please contact us immediately and give us a chance to resolve the issue before opening a case through eBay.
Please see the Return Policy section of the listing for details regarding the return of an item. If returns are accepted, the item must be returned with it's original packaging and packaging material. Items will only be accepted for return if the item is damaged, arrives DOA or is not as described in the listing.
