I bought this laptop used, on eBay in October of 2021. It has worked fine ever since except for a problem with the SD card reader.

About a month ago it stopped working - it's completely dead. The little red light on the top cover doesn't even light up when you plug it in. I've tried everything to revive it and am finally giving up. I removed the SSD and reformatted it for security reasons and then reinserted it. I also took some photos while I had it open.

The OEM operating system that came with it (and is coded in the motherboard) is Windows 10 Pro but I don't have the product key.
