Device functions as normal when on charger. When on battery power the device will shutoff while performing intensive tasks. More than likely needs a battery replacement. One was done previously with an “ifixit” battery, but I’ve read reviews of those possibly being faulty. I have since upgraded my device and have not had the time to reinvestigate the issue… will come with unit and charger.
