We only ship to an eBay/PayPal confirmed address.  If you are buying an item as a gift where it needs to be shipped elsewhere, please let us know before your purchase.  We also offer international shipping; however, we are not responsible for any other tariffs outside of the USA or items rejected by customs.  If items are purchased before 5:00 pm they may be sent out that same day.  We offer many different shipping services as well as our basic free shipping.  We Try our best to help you receive your item as fast as possible.

Please before opening a case contact us, we are more than willing to immediately solve any issues.  There were some issues in the past due to quarantine however we had done everything in our power to help our customers with the best possible outcome.  Message us if you have any questions or concerns.  We will respond within 8 to 12 hours.  Due to recent rising health concerns, all items are well cleaned and sanitized before being shipped.  Our items are coming from a clean nonsmoking environment.  We hold ourselves to high standards and we expect our customers to as well.  Please leave feedback after receiving your item as feedback is very important to us.  If any issues were to arise, we are more than happy to resolve it before opening any cases. We try our best to describe our items the best to our knowledge so if we missed anything please ask all questions and see all pictures.
