GPU is going bad at a minimum. There are small blue lines going across the whole screen. Will not fully boot into recovery mode. It loads and gets hung up at a grey screen. Sometimes it will boot to the login page (I don't know the passwords), sometimes it will hang up at a grey screen and 1 stick of ram has to be removed for it to boot. I don't fully know what's wrong with it but those are the problems I noticed with it. There may be more, I don't know.

No charger included. It uses Magsafe 1.
