Opened one day and had flashing folder screen, I don't know how to fix it I held control R when opening and it brought me to the screen pictured in photos, don't know where to go from there. The body of the computer has some dents and dings but just cosmetic stuff. All the ports work well and I haven't had any problems with it up until now. Im not a computer guy I tried to follow a video tutorial to fix it but it just goes over my head.
