Powers on and screen displays a folder with "?" in it. Unsure if it is IC locked. Screen looks okay but does seems to have a residue possibly from a screen protector or something. But the LCD seems okay. Battery is good. See pictures. Laptop is sold as laptop only with no accessories or chargers included. Due to our inability to test batteries, all batteries are not guaranteed to be working or hold a charge and are sold as is. It will arrive in the same condition as is pictured above.
