The MacBook Pro is in its original Apple cardboard case with handle. ONLY the laptop and the box are included -- NO cords, NO uninstalled software or software disks.

When the power cord (NOT included) is plugged in, the laptop repeats 3 beeps 3 times over and over. After a while, the beep sequence changes to 3 beeps followed by 1 beep. The screen remains black.
