Lenovo Thinkpad T460s Intel Core i5-6200u 8GB 500GB HDD READ.

This laptop boots to bios, but I cannot get it to read my windows 10 USB drive in any usb port. It has 8 GB RAM and a 500 GB HDD. The light comes on my usb drive but it doesn’t show up in the boot menu. The lcd has a minor scratch.
