Operating system is Mac OS Maverick and is the original software that came with this MacBook pro it can be upgraded to higher versions if <b>wanted</b>. This MacBook <b>does</b> have a bent HDMI port. However this does <b>not</b>&nbsp;effect the performance of the port as it still functions as intended. Screen as some wear to the staingate (the reflective layer on the screen) up on the top, however this does not cover the screen and or effect the camera in any way.
