I have used this laptop for several years and it has worked great for me.  Here is my honest review of it:  It was mostly used as a desktop replacement and so I did not use the battery much.  It does hold a charge but I don't think it will last long.  The screen is in great shape, mousepad is a bit worn, but works great.  Everthing on the laptop works fine, except for 2 USB ports on the side don't work.  One other on the side does and the one in the back works.  There is a repair at the front right corner, and a crazy on the front left corner, which I never notice and is not getting worse.  I have reinstalled Windows 10 Pro, so when you turn it on, it will be at the setup phase of it, so you can configure it like you wish.  A clean install of Windows is the only software included.
