Apple MacBook Pro A1278 13.3" Laptop (2010) - Needs Repairs. <div><br></div><div>The machine will start up, but it constantly freezes and I have to hold down the power button to turn it off then back on. It will run an operating system if you can keep it from freezing up long enough to install a new one.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>I've been told by Apple Stores that it needs either (1) a new motherboard entirely, or (2) a new airport/wireless card. I've tried installing a new airport/wireless card because the wifi was commonly not working, but that did not solve the freezing issue. However, I'm not an expert so I could have installed it incorrectly.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>The Macbook is in good condition otherwise, and I'm sure the other components can be used effectively or someone smarter than me can probably get it to work.&nbsp;</div>
