It has installed Office 2010 on XP and W7, which includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, etc. It also has some various useful software and cleaning programs.

I have freshly installed everything (so no viruses like in many used computers). A good powerful laptop with either of these operating system will soon be basically unable to be found anywhere.
