MacBook will not reset and operates very slowly.

Most apps do not open or takes a super long time to open.

Charging cable is not included.

USB-C charging wall box is included.

While we tried charging this, it would not recognize a charger and would not charge.

Instruction manual not included.

Grade B cosmetic condition which includes minor scratches or scuffs on the back side of the MacBook.
