Sims Recycling Solutions, Inc. will always accept back, free of charge, equipment and/or components which originated from our facility or control if they were misrepresented to our customer, and/or if they are comprised of or contain Hazardous Electronic Equipment but were subsequently determined to be non-functional, including those broken during shipment.
• Special Returns that were Forwarded Internationally: We will only provide a return shipping label from the original address the item was shipped to. If any item is forwarded to a different address or out of the continuous 48 state of the USA, the buyer will be held responsible to pay for the return of the item back to the address we have on file for when the item was delivered.
