This MacBook seems to work but the display does not show anything. I hear the ding that it is turned on and it responds to track pad and mouse. Plus the keyboard backlight is on and responds to movement from the system. I do not believe there is any other significant issue, but I cannot make any guarantees. Although, I think if you replace the screen you could have a very good computer on your hands for a low price. Good project for people who enjoy repairing computers. In its current state, 

Other than this, only minor cosmetic damage. 

Does not come with charger and all internal parts such as RAM and SSD remain intact. System is sold AS-IS and no RETURNS
