It has an Nvidia Quadro NVS 140M gpu built into it.

I put a Samsung 128gb SSD into the device as its original HDD kicked the bucket. That should help the laptop perform faster and should help the battery life too.

The battery  seems to be doing fine, meaning it shouldn't have to be replaced. I don't know enough about the history of the device to say if it is aftermarket or how old it is, however.

The laptop has no OS installed onto it.

No charger is included, unfortunately.. I only have one charger and I'm currently working on other thinkpads with it.
