This laptop has an added terabyte of memory and two additional 8 gig ram cards for a total of 32 ram. The case of the laptop does show small signs of wear seen in photos, there is a small ding on the bottom flat panel seen in photo, and the bottom right hand corner of the laptop shows a small bend.
