Hello you are looking at a pretty much brand new laptop condition wise. I’ve owned this for about a year now but sat on a dock in my office so it didn’t get moved around much. There is a small little indent on the top that you can only see if you shine a light directly on top of it, you won’t be able to see it in the pictures because it’s so minuscule but just for full disclosure. I upgraded the ram in this to 32gb and put another 1tb ssd in it so there’s two 1Tb m.2s. Comes with original box and charger and if you have any questions feel free to ask.
