Not running macOS, runs Linux Mint very good. I had problems with the built in Apple Wi-Fi not working so Linux was the only way. Ive had uptimes of 17 days with this setup (uptime meaning without a reboot) so I can assure you it will run good. I also upgraded the stock 4gb of ram with another 4gb so 8gb in total.
