This was my personal laptop for many years before I handed it down to my son who continued using it for a good number of years too. We've both upgraded so it gets to find a new home. It works great, and looks great for a well-used laptop. No major dents or dings, never been dropped, just normal wear and tear.

The only "issue" with the laptop is that the battery capacity is diminished now. System Info shows "Service recommended". Apple claims that it has "liquid damage", but I know for a fact that it's never had liquid spilled on it. Regardless, no arguing with Apple on that front. :-(
