Purchase Conditions

When buying an item, you agree to the Rules and policies for buyers and that:

    Requirement:           Must have Confirmed Address and US Verified "NO PO BOX"

         Shipping:                     USPS or FedEx (at our discretion) Insured ground. Tracking Numbers are                                                             uploaded when items is shipped (Daily) in your paypal payment and ebay                                                             winning.

 Returns & Defect:     If you receive an item and are not satisfied or item is not listed correctly
                                                         Please contact us after you've received your item. We are willing to work
                                                         with our customers, our goal is customer satisfaction.

 

We ship all items via USPS ONLY and Fully Insured to the lower 48 U.S.States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico MUST contact us first prior to bidding for

shipping rate(s). We DO NOT ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Box. No Exceptions. 
Please Note: We only ship out Monday thru Thursday during regular business days.

We--auctionsbysydney-- are not responsible for the shipper's errors. Weather, lost packages or any other issues of that nature by the shipper are out of our control. If any losses occur, compensation to you the customer
must wait until the shipper resolves the situation, usually between 15-25 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS. Aslo should any item be received damaged/broken, the buyer agrees to save all packing materials from shipment
pending review by the shipping company. 

Payment Terms

We only accept the following type of payment: Paypal(Preferred), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Sorry - No Escrow, Company/Personal checks will NOT be accepted. Payment must be made no later
than 3-Days from end of auction. If payment is not received you automatically forfeit the item. Please Note: Any auction payed via PayPal will be shipped to the CONFIRMED address ONLY. No EXCEPTIONS
