This laptop was donated to us so we don't know its history. The external battery is missing and the internal battery does not hold a charge. We installed Windows 10 but did not test the laptop further after finding the battery doesn't hold a charge. The laptop has scuffs and wear. The screen has keyboard marks. The palm rest has some wear.
