This laptop has been extensively cleaned, inside and out, with special solvents to remove any grime or sticker residue. We also use compressed air to clean all fans so the laptop will run cool and extend its life.
Cosmetically, the laptop is in excellent condition! There may be minor surface scratches, but there will be NO scratches on the screen and NO major or deep scratches. The keyboard is clean and in good condition, but it may have slightly polished (i.e., shiny) keys.
