Payment

FULL PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment for all transactions under $2,000.00.  Contact eAuctionWorx regarding transactions above $2,000.00.  Cash is the only acceptable form of payment for local pickup of oversize items.

Shipping

Upon auction completion, please pay the full auction invoice including; standard auction item, sales tax, shipping, insurance and packaging costs.  Freight shipping fees are the Buyer's responsibility.

• All standard items ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Mail - NO EXCEPTIONS.
• eAuctionWorx does not profit from shipping fees.  Actual shipping charges will apply.
• Standard items will ship within one business day of verified payment receipt.
• All non-freight auction items are packaged using new, or like-new corrugated boxes, and/or Tyvec padded shipping envelopes, and carefully packaged with bubble wrap, packaging paper, and/or Styrofoam peanuts.
• Packaging/shipping supplies are included in the auction invoice total, excluding freight items.
• Under most circumstances additional shipping fees will apply when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Protectorates.
  
• eAuctionWorx will contact Buyer if shipping and/or packaging exceeds our estimates and/or additional costs will be stated in the auction description.

Terms of Sale

All items come with a 30 day money back guarantee against damage and/or defect.  Upon physical inspection, if the item is not accurately described or arrives DOA; eAuctionWorx, in most cases, will refund your purchase price.  eAuctionWorx reserves the right to refund shipping charges and associated costs on a case-by-case basis.

• eAuctionWorx answers email Monday through Friday between 8:30AM - 5:30PM.
• ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS. NO WARRANTY IS PROVIDED EITHER IMPLIED OR OTHER. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY MAY OR MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE. WARRANTY, IF APPLICABLE, WILL BE SPECIFICALLY STATED WITHIN THE AUCTION DESCRIPTION.
• Private Auctions - In order to best serve and protect our eBay customers from fraud currently taking place during and after our auctions; eAuctionWorx has chosen to make all auctions private and never release any buyer information.
• Bidders with less than 5 positive feedbacks must receive approval from eAuctionWorx before bidding.
• ALL BIDDERS MUST HAVE A USA EBAY ACCOUNT AND USA PAYPAL ACCOUNT - NO EXCEPTIONS.

eAuctionWorx was launched December 1998 as an e-commerce based auction site specializing in technology related hardware and software products.  eAuctionWorx operates under numerous user ID's and a variety of online auction websites. 

eAuctionWorx remarkets demonstration models, excess inventory, retired product and/or pre-owned technology equipment from our parent company and their clients. eAuctionWorx also sells many items which are the personal property of company employees, friends and family.  These auction items may include; automobiles, furniture, sporting goods, jewelry, clothing, etc.

At this time, eAuctionWorx does not sell items which we don't know origin and past care.  eAuctionWorx does not purchase inventory for online auction websites.
