Got this laptop with a bad backlight. Replaced backlight controller ic and problem was fixed. Sold in working condition, but was returned by buyer due to laptop not turning on. Confirmed that laptop was not turning on. Charger led sometimes turns on and sometimes does not. 14.8 v line is present from charger. PPBus_GH reads 8.15v instead of 8.55. PP3v42 only 2.8v. Replaced SMC RESET chip and U6990 Regulator with no luck. Could be the SMC itself. Giving up and letting someone else give it a shot. Other than it not turning on the laptop is in good condition
