BOUGHT FROM GARAGE SELL WITH NO CHARGER WAS TOLD IT WORKS FINE

Got this from a garage sale old guy told me it worked fine they lost the charger and didn’t need it anymore I payed $50 for it and never touched it for all I know it’s perfectly fine just needs to be charged but not sure drop a bid could make more then you spend just selling parts from it
