Sticker residue on left side palm rest.

TrackPoint is missing from the keyboard.

Front left side of laptop is cracked.

Top lid is a little loose, doesn’t affect functionality.

All of the flaws can be repaired, throw a TrackPoint on and a good clean and this ThinkPad T420 is waiting for a new owner to bring it back to life!
