Shipping
We will ship it fully insured via FedEx or USPS (at our discretion). It will be sent within 1 business day and we will upload the tracking number. Purchases that are $500 or more will require a signature, anything under $500 may or may not require a signature (at our discretion). We also have a few expedited FedEx Express options available at checkout if you need your package sooner. Any item purchased by 2 P.M. Eastern on a business day will be shipped the same day. If it is purchased after that time it will be shipped the next business day. If you are using a package forwarding address please message us prior to purchase or we may cancel your order.
Warranty
This MacBook is currently covered under the AppleCare+ Protection Plan until March 7, 2024. This covers repairs and support with Apple. AppleCare+ covers up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a service fee of $99 for screen damage or external enclosure damage, or $299 for other damage, plus applicable tax. In addition, you'll get 24/7 priority access to Apple experts via chat or phone.
Apple hardware coverage:
AppleCare+ for Mac provides global repair coverage, both parts and labor, from Apple-authorized technicians around the world. Coverage includes the following:
- -Your Mac computer
- -Battery
- -Included accessories such as the power adapter
- -Apple memory (RAM)
- -AirPort
- -Coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage, each subject to a service fee of $99 for screen damage or external enclosure damage, or $299 for other damage, plus applicable tax
AppleCare+ is attached to the serial number of the MacBook for life and does not need to be transferred over.
