Want to upgrade this system?We can upgrade the RAM and hard drive based on the systems capacity. Don’t like 16GB of RAM, we can easily upgrade it. Seller will invoice the additional hardware costs, and handling fee. Keep in mind that some systems may not be eligible for upgrades based on availability of parts and system limitations. Message us and we will let you know what it will cost and a timeframe to ship. We never use generic or off brand internal hardware. We use leading name brand internal hardware. We avoid using the cheapest SSD drives that have names you can’t even pronounce!! PNY, ACER, HP, Lenovo, Crucial, Kingston, and Western Digital are just some of the name brands we use. We will NOT use such brands as bliksem, TEAMGROUP, FANXIANG, SK Hynix, SABRENT, SP Silicone power, OWC, XPG, EMTEC, KingSpec and Glyph. As they maybe up and coming brands, they have not proven to us they are worth the savings over the leading brands. We try to install SSD drives in place of traditional spinning disk drives where its cost effective for both the buyer and seller. What we do before we list:ALL DATA is securely wiped and VERIFIED. All hardware is cleaned using a blower, not canned air since they are bad for the environment. All hardware is cleaned and sterilized to the best of our ability using either alcohol or bleach-based household cleaning solutions. Operating systems are re-loaded, not in-place upgrades or reset. This ensures a stable OS and we fully update and patch using either OEM applications and/or Windows Update. All updates and patches are installed before listing and may still require more updates due to the time sitting on the shelf. We test all major functions and mention in the description if there are any issues. Sorry, we don’t use any cool codes or acronyms to explain its condition or testing scope. C4, F3 key, & Grade B all sound so cool, but we use plain English, and easy to understand descriptions. We take as many pictures as we can, however you're more than welcome to ask for additional pictures. Just tell us what you want to see. We offer complete turn-key systems, unlike other sellers who list systems without batteries/chargers, missing hard drives, locked BIOS, NO Operating Systems, or missing drivers.
