CONTACT US FIRST IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES- Please contact us via the eBay messaging system first before requesting a return through eBay. We want our customers to be happy and many times simple issues can be immediately cleared up or accommodations made to solve a problem or concern. We normally respond quickly to questions during normal business hours of 11am-7pm M-F eastern standard time.
PAYMENT- We only accept payments from PayPal verified customers. Payment is due immediately upon a successful bidding. Unless the successful Buyer notifies us otherwise, the item will be relisted 48hrs after closing for non-payment. Non-paying Buyers are automatically reported and blocked from future purchases from the Store.
UPGRADES/CONFIGURABLE OPTIONS - Some items will be offered with optional components such as SSDs or additional RAM. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of these configuration changes.
INSTALLED SOFTWARE- All included and installed software is made available subject to the copyright & licensing provisions of the respective developer/owner. All support or questions should be directed to the original software developer. We do not provide support for any third party application software other than configuration and troubleshooting of the core OS installed on our systems. Blue Max Computers Inc is not liable for any loss of use or damages due to the failure of any application software.
BATTERIES - Blue Max Computers does not offer any warranty for installed batteries or guarantee of specific length of charge beyond the 14 day NO DOA assurance. Battery life varies dramatically by type of use, age of battery and condition of battery.
SHIPPING- Shipments will only be made to the verified PayPal / eBay shipping address that you selected during your checkout process. Orders normally ship within 1-3 business day(s) of cleared payment.
RETURNS- Save the packaging the item was shipped in! You may return any computer purchased from Blue Max Computers that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Blue Max Computers reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Blue Max Computers will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
RETURN SHIPPING- Blue Max Computers will provide a return shipping label to you to return computers that are dead on arrival or damaged during shipment. If you have any functional problems with the item(s) purchased, please let us know immediately and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization to verify that your return has been approved by Blue Max Computers (“RMA”). Approved returns MUST BE SHIPPED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING material unless we approve another method. If the returned item has been opened, is misused, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we will deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value. Any damage in return transit will incur a fee of at least 15% upon evaluation of the damage. All claims for insurance related to lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the Buyer for returned items.
ITEMS LISTED FOR PARTS / REPAIR Any item which is listed as “as-is”, “not-working”, “broken”, “parts only”, “repair / parts” or other defective condition will be sold as-is with no returns, refunds, or exchanges allowed.
THEFT PREVENTION All of our computers, SSD’s, hard-drives, main logic-boards, GPUs, memory etc are serialized in our records to prevent theft/fraud. Tamper-indicators are installed to verify that the Computer case has not been opened or altered. If the Computer case has been opened without our authorization in writing, all warranties offered to you are automatically null and void.
RETURN FOR BUYER CONVENIENCE. “Courtesy Returns” that are solely for Buyer convenience and NOT due to any product defect or conclusive “Significantly Not as Described” (e.g., found a lower price, changed mind, decided to purchase somewhere else, just didn’t like it, buyer remorse etc) will be assessed a restocking fee of 15% of the item purchase price to reflect the cost of re-testing, inspection, COVID sanitization, repackaging and returning the item to inventory for resale. Buyer is responsible to securely repackage the item and ship it back in the original customized shipping box to us. Buyer must pay return shipping for Courtesy Returns.
