1. Free Shipping is available to addresses within the lower 48 states ONLY. 

2. Free shipping is included for all orders to be delivered within the lower 48 states with the exception of PO Boxes and APO addresses. PO Boxes and APO addresses must purchase the USPS Priority shipping option. 

3. We ship via UPS, unless stated otherwise. 

4. International orders for countries on eBay's Global Shipping list will ship via eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP). 

5. International shipments are subject to custom fees. Custom fees are not applied to the purchase price, and we will not mark a lower value than the payment amount. Please check with your local customs office for further information. Please note that using a freight forwarding address to take your purchase outside of the country is against eBay's policy and your buyer protection will be voided.

6. We process shipments within 1 business day, Monday-Friday. If you purchase an item Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, your item will go out on the following Monday.

7. All items over $500 require signature upon delivery per PayPal policy. Please provide a shipping address where you are able to sign for the package during business hours. If you are unavailable to sign, please contact us so we can request to get it held at a local carrier facility for pickup.

8. We package our items with custom made boxes and packaging inserts to help avoid any damage during transit. In the rare case that your item does arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately. 

No warranty is provided with any purchase. Being that all devcies are being sold as is for parts and are not being shipped as "fully functional" there is no provided warranty.

If your device is damaged during shipping:

We accept returns for a full refund for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a full refund, you must first message us within 7 days of receiving the product to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will send you a full refund.

Non-returnable items:

A product is not eligible for return if the stated issue(s) are described or highlighted in the listing details/description. If you encounter an issue or concern with your device that is not mentioned in the description, please first message us within 7 days of receiving the product so that we may assist further. If you are unable to message us within 7 days of receiving the product, your purchase will no longer be eligible for a full refund.

6. All items over $250 require a signature upon delivery per PayPal policy. Please use a shipping address where you are able to sign for the package during business hours. If you are unavailable to sign, FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver. You can also call 1-800-G0-FEDEX and ask them to hold your package at a FedEx location for pickup.

7. Please make sure the address on eBay and PayPal during check out is the address you want for delivery, as we are required to ship to this address per PayPal policy. We are unable change the shipping address once payment has been made.

8. We package our items carefully with bubble wrap, peanuts, and sturdy cardboard boxes. If your item does arrive damaged, please keep all packaging, and contact us immediately. All shipping claims must be submitted and approved by the carrier (FedEx) before a refund can be issued. Typically, FedEx will pick up the item and packaging for inspection.
