For all the laptops we selling (except those "New Sealed" in description) , because we are NOT the original owner , so they may contain some Used or Replaced parts whatever what the "condition" title listed (Open box , Manufacturer refurbished , Seller refurbished , Used or Parts not working) ! If you CARE MUCH about "original" , please DO NOT buy ! If we didn't describe something , please DO NOT think "it should be ..." or "it should have ..." !
2. For the "Used" and "Refurbished" laptops , we always put pictures about scratches , dents or blemishes which we can easy to see . If there's no any pictures about those , that mean it's clean or the scratches is very slightly , not easy to see or take a picture . Please DO NOT use this as an excuse then ask for partial refund or return !
3. Sometimes we provide more things for "Buy it Now" buyer , that is ONLY for BIN ! Please DO NOT ask for same things or extra discount when you want to go by "Make Offer" !
4. Payments must be received in 3 hours of the list ending or the item may be subject to re-listing ! All addresses must be confirmed and verified . All orders will be canceled if no payment received after 3 hours of the list ending !
5. We always ship ASAP after payment cleared and usually ship with Signature Confirmation . All the buyers please keep your mind on tracking and make sure you'll be there to sign for parcel on delivery date (especially those who don't have Resident address) ! Once it's been signed for delivered , it will be regarded as acceptance by buyers ! Any questions , please contact carriers yourself !
6. We DO NOT sell any FAKE laptops , we always try our best to find out the issues and accurately portray them in the description . However , we are NOT the manufacturers , we are NOT Microsoft either , if you are NOT experienced with software installation or computer setup , please think carefully before purchase ! And also , we are NOT responsible for ANY design defects of the manufacturers !
7. We always run "Lenovo Diagnostics" to test laptops and make sure it'll pass all testing before shipping , but buyers should understand that just a normal test , electronic products can break down at any time .
For the laptops which still under manufacturer warranty , Absolutely NO guarantee from us ! Any questions , please contact manufacturer yourself !
For the laptops which out of manufacturer warranty , we ONLY provide 3 days (72 hours) guarantee after it's been delivered ! After that , please DO NOT contact us about this issue or that issue , we are NOT the customer service of manufacturer , everything are your own problems !
